I would recommend a local bar as well. A buddy and I where watching MNF at a local bar one time and started discussing the spread on the game and what side we were on. The bartender overheard us talking and chimed in on the conversation. Then he cautiously looked around and said "You know, I've been known to take a few bets". Took us both off guard, but we've used him as our local for a couple years now. So the point is if you talk about sports gambling in the right setting a bookie will most likely approach you. They see it as growing their business.
